The individual elements are connected by four conical connectors, pins and safety clips. The QUADLOCK 6082 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 alloy (AlMgSi1 T6) for even higher loads.The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus guaranteeing maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss constructions are frequently assembled and disassembled.The four main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 16 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space for the installation of couplers, hooks and clamps.With external dimensions of 290 mm, the QUADLOCK QQTR is a stable truss system for higher loads and prolonged durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage installations, exhibition installations, event installations but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters.Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard system lengths, corners and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.The production of this truss system is TÜV controlled.
