The individual elements are connected via four conical connectors, pins and splints. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The four main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and ensure increased strength and load capacity. With external dimensions of 390 mm, QUADLOCK TQ390 is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition stand construction, event construction, but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Thanks to its larger external dimensions and reinforced diagonals, larger structures can be realized for touring stages, large discos etc.The production of this truss system is monitored by TÜV. The load table as a basis for calculation can be downloaded from the Internet before purchasing the product! Please note: this truss system must never be combined with other systems!
4-point truss system

Low weight

Easy to assemble

Truss tube: 50 mm

TÜV Süd certified

For applications such as: theater; exhibition stand and shop construction; clubs/dance schools

For more information on this product, please refer to the Technical Data Sheet in the "Downloads" section

Scope of delivery

1 x connection kit

Assembly:

Easy to assemble

Truss tube:

50 mm x 2 mm

Welding technique:

TIG welding

Welding material:

AlMg 5

Color:

Aluminum color

Dimensions:

Length: 300 cm
Width: 39 cm
Height: 39 cm

Weight:

16.10 kg
