The individual elements are connected via four cones, pins, and split pins. TOWERTRUSS TQTR is made from EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy with 20 mm bracings for high loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The four main chords are made of 50 mm aluminium tube with a 4 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The bracings have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space for the installation of couplers, hooks, and clamps. With outer dimensions of 290 mm, TOWERTRUSS TQTR is a stable truss system for high loads and extended durability. This system is primarily designed for the construction of Tower System I and II and for intensive use in stage installations, trade fair installations, and event installations. The production of this truss system is monitored by TÜV. The load table as a basis for calculation can be downloaded from the Internet before purchasing the product!
