The individual elements are connected via three cones, pins, and splints. The TRILOCK 6082 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for even higher loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fully insert into the main chords, ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 16 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space for the installation of couplers, hooks, and clamps. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, the TRILOCK QTTR is a stable truss system for higher loads and increased durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, trade fair and shop fitting, event construction, but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard lengths, angles, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.
