The individual elements are connected by three conical connectors, pins and safety clips. TRILOCK E-GL33 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 alloy (AlMgSi1 T6) for high loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main tubes, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main tubes are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and ensure the stability of this truss system. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, TRILOCK E-GL33 is a stable truss system for higher loads and longer durability.This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage installations, trade fair installations, event installations, but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real visual eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard system lengths, corners, circles and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.The production of this truss system is monitored by TÜV.
