The individual elements are connected using three conical connectors, pins, and spigots. The TRILOCK E-GL33 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for high loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the conical connectors fully engage the main cords, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss constructions are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main cords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and ensure the stability of this truss system. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, the TRILOCK E-GL33 is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage setups, trade fairs, events, but also for permanent installations in discotheques and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to the wide range of standard lengths, angles, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.
