The individual elements are connected by three cones, pins and spigots. The TRILOCK E-GL33 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for high loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main tubes, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main tubes are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and ensure the stability of this truss system. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, the TRILOCK E-GL33 is a stable truss system for larger loads and prolonged use. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage, exhibition, and event installations, as well as for permanent installations in discotheques and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard lengths, angles, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.
