The individual elements are connected by three conical connectors, pins and safety clips. The TRILOCK E-GL33 is made of the high-strength aluminum alloy EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6). The advantage of the conical connector system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus guaranteeing maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tube with a wall thickness of 2 mm and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with a wall thickness of 2 mm and provide stability for this truss system. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, the TRILOCK E-GL33 is a stable truss system for higher loads and prolonged use. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition stand construction, event technology, but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard system lengths, corners, circles and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.
