The individual elements are connected by three conical connectors, pins, and safety clips. TRILOCK 6082 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for even higher loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus guaranteeing maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and highly aesthetic assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 16 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space to install couplers, hooks, and clamps. With outer dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, TRILOCK QTTR is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage construction, exhibition stand construction, event setups, but also for permanent installations in discotheques and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real visual highlight. Thanks to its wide range of standard lengths, corners, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers infinite design possibilities.
