It is part of the IP‑7000 series, a fully scalable AV over IP platform that allows for the creation of point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, or multipoint-to-multipoint systems over dedicated IT infrastructure.

Video and audio signals can be received over a Gigabit network up to 100 meters, with the ability to further extend the distance by cascading switches, without loss of quality or perceptible latency. PoE support simplifies installation by eliminating the need for external power supplies.

The IP‑7000RX offers a complete set of AV outputs, including HDMI, VGA, analog stereo audio, and optical Toslink output, as well as four USB ports that allow the AV network to be used as a KVM hub, controlling keyboards, mice, and USB peripherals remotely. The system also supports bi-directional IR pass-through, analog line IN/OUT, and microphone input, offering great flexibility in audio applications.

Control is available via WebGUI, Telnet, RS‑232, OSD, and IR remote, making the receiver suitable for professional installations of any scale.

Main features

Compatible with HDCP 2.2, HDMI, and DVI, with HDMI and VGA outputs

Video reception over IP network up to 100 m

Supports input resolutions up to 4K2K @ 30 Hz (RGB 4:4:4) or 4K2K @ 60 Hz (YUV 4:2:0)

Supports pass-through of HD audio formats (LPCM, Dolby Digital, and DTS)

Independent audio transmission

Equipped with 2 USB 1.1 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports

Supports microphone input on the receiver unit

Control via OSD, Telnet, WebGUI, IR remote, and RS‑232

User benefits

Receives 4K AV signals over IP network with great flexibility

Supports scalable configurations from point-to-point to complex multipoint systems

Integrates KVM functions thanks to the four USB ports

Allows signal extension up to 100 m via Gigabit switches, with cascading capability

Offers HDMI and VGA video outputs for universal compatibility

Includes advanced audio options: analog, optical, and microphone input

Supports advanced control via WebGUI, Telnet, and RS‑232

Application areas

Corporate environments

4K video distribution in conference rooms and meeting rooms

KVM installations over network for remote control of PCs and servers

Digital Signage

Classrooms and training rooms

Modular and scalable AV systems in large buildings or campuses

SPECIFICATIONS

Technical characteristics

Interfaces

Input port: 1 x analogue mono (3.5 mm)

Output ports: 1 x HDMI (Type-A), 1 x VGA (HD-15), 1 x S/PDIF (Toslink), 1 x analogue stereo (3.5 mm)

Bi-directional ports: 3 x GbE LAN (RJ-45)

Control I/O: 1 x IR extender (3.5 mm), 1 x IR blaster (3.5 mm), 1 x RS-232 (DB-9), 4 x USB (Type-A)

Video

HDMI compliance: HDMI 2.0 (DVI 1.0)

HDCP compliance: 2.x

Input signal type: 4096 x 2160p @ 60 8-bit YUV 4:2:0

Output signal type: 4096 x 2160p @ 30 8-bit RGB

Max. input resolution (LAN streaming): 4096 x 2160p @ 30

Max. output resolution: HDMI 4096 x 2160p @ 30;
