They allow volume control with 4 positions + Off for the MURA 305 model and 11 positions + Off for the MURA 310\/330\/360 models, respectively. The nominal powers they can attenuate range from 2.5W to 30W for 70V lines; from 5W to 60W for 100V lines. Each position results in an attenuation of 5dB to 10dB depending on the model. All models, however, include, in addition to the normal 70-100V audio line, an input for the 70-100V auxiliary emergency line with maximum volume level (the attenuator does not act in this case but passes the entire signal) and 24V control for switching between normal and auxiliary lines in case of alarm.
