Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the Dedicated Loan contract within 14 days from the date the contract was entered into. You can find more information by consulting the signed contract. A double-sided copy of your valid identity document must always be attached to the request.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can send:
- A registered letter with return receipt to: Findomestic, Gestione Recesso, Viale Belfiore 26, 50144 – Florence
- A PEC to: findomestic_banca_pec@findomesticbanca.telecompost.it
- An email, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt or PEC within the following 48 hours, to: relazioni.clienti@findomestic.com
