L’hd P12sti è un subwoofer compatto ma molto potente per installazioni fisse. Il suo originale driver da 12″ ad alta escursione con voice coil da 3″, la sospensione in plastica e il magnete in ferrite garantiscono la dissipazione ottimale del calore incrementando, in questo modo, l’affidabilità. Questo driver garantisce sia una riproduzione dei transienti dei bassi e sia una dinamica eccellenti. Nonostante la sua dimensione compatta, sviluppa anche una pressione incredibile. Le elettroniche incorporate forniscono un High-End-DSP con filtro FIR e tre amplificatori di potenza da 500 W in Classe D, due amplificatori sono dedicati ai diffusori passivi. La gamma di frequenze si estende in basso fino a 40 Hz e l’headroom e il comportamento dinamico della gamma inferiore del sistema sono notevolmente estesi in modo molto efficiente. La sezione elettronica comprende la piattaforma ad architettura aperta hd MultiDSP che garantisce un controllo perfetto su tutti i componenti del sistema tramite il semplice software remoto hd LevelZ, basato su windows.
