The evolution of an ADAM Audio standard
The ADAM Audio A7V inherits the legacy of the A7X and brings it into the A Series digital platform. It is a 2-way nearfield monitor with a 7" MLM woofer and an X-ART tweeter that together cover a response from 40 Hz to 45 kHz at -6 dB.
Controlled low frequencies and high-end detail
The long-throw woofer uses MLM material, a mineral-based multi-layer structure. The X-ART tweeter, handcrafted in Germany, is paired with a rotatable HPS waveguide.
Hybrid amplification and 96 kHz DSP
The woofer is driven by a 110 W peak PWM/Class D amplifier, while the tweeter uses a 20 W peak Class A/B amplifier, for a total output of 130 W peak.
A Control: adjustment, networking, and recall
By connecting the A7V via Ethernet, ADAM Audio A Control allows you to manage multiple monitors from a single interface. Advanced mode allows you to adjust six bands of PEQ, as well as delay and level for each speaker.
SoundID Reference, connections, and mounting
Integration with Sonarworks SoundID Reference allows you to import a correction profile into A Control and upload it directly to the monitor's DSP. Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA analog inputs are provided.
