It features 4 capsules in an Adaptive Array configuration, making it versatile and optimized for all recording scenarios. There are 4 microphone pickup patterns, selectable via a dedicated front button: front, front and rear, narrow stereo LR front, and wide stereo LR front and LR rear. Thanks to AKG's design expertise, the internal circuitry and shock mount are engineered to eliminate background noise, pops, and prevent overloads.
A headphone output with "zero latency" technology allows you to monitor your performance live without delays or distractions. Lyra is a plug-and-play microphone compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices, connectable directly to a smartphone or tablet as an external audio source instead of the built-in microphone.
