Remote Portable AudioRack
The ALLEN & HEATH QU-AB168 is a portable remote AudioRack for use with Allen & Heath GLD and Qu mixer series in live applications and installations. It features 16 microphone preamplifiers with Phantom power indicators and 8 XLR line outputs.
Integrating a Qu or GLD system with an ALLEN & HEATH QU-AB168 allows you to position some or all I/O up to 120m from the mixer. The unit connects to Qu/GLD mixers via a single Cat5 cable or to the AR2412 AudioRack via the dSNAKE EtherCon port. A second EtherCon port is present for connection to another QU-AB168 or to the ME personal mixing system. The ALLEN & HEATH QU-AB168 automatically updates its firmware to synchronize with the system.
The robust rack design, equipped with rubber protections, makes it suitable for touring and allows it to be placed on stage during live performances. Weighing only 4.8 kg and featuring a robust carrying handle, the ALLEN & HEATH QU-AB168 is designed for maximum convenience and portability. An optional rackmount kit is available.
