BILOCK E-GL22 is a 2-point aluminum truss system. The individual elements are connected using two conical connectors, pins, and safety clips. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The two main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. The braces have a diameter of 20 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space for the installation of couplers, hooks, and clamps. With outer dimensions of 290 mm, the BILOCK E-GL22 is a stable truss system for higher loads and longer durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage installations, exhibition installations, event installations, but also for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real eye-catcher. Thanks to its wide range of standard system lengths, corners, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities. The documentation for this truss system is closely related to the SQ P1 Code of Practice – Truss Systems published by VPLT/PLASA. The load table as a basis for calculation can be downloaded from the internet before purchasing the product!
