DECOLOCK DQ3 is a 3-point aluminum truss system. The individual elements are connected via three cones, pins and spigots. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus guaranteeing maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows quick, efficient and highly aesthetic assembly, when truss structures are frequently assembled and disassembled. The three main chords are made of 35 mm aluminum tube with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer sufficient strength with low weight. The braces have a diameter of 10 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and give the system a decorative appearance. With DECOLOCK, compact installations with low dead weight can be realized, for example for shop windows, shop decorations, exhibitions, interior design, exhibition stands, discos and theaters. DECOLOCK is mainly designed for decorative installations and can be used for permanent or temporary installations due to its highly aesthetic appearance. The advantages of this system are the compact construction with outer dimensions of 220 and 195 mm, the low weight, the optimal strength along with easy and quick assembly. The documentation for this truss system is closely related to the SQ P1 - Truss Systems Practice Standards published by VPLT/PLASA.
