TRILOCK 6082 is a 3-point truss system made of aluminum. The individual elements are connected using three cones, pins, and cotter pins. TRILOCK 6082 is made of EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) alloy for even higher loads. The advantage of the conical connection system is that the cones fit completely into the main chords, thus ensuring maximum load capacity. The Quick-Lock system allows for quick, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing assembly when truss structures are frequently set up and dismantled. The three main chords are made of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 2 mm wall thickness and offer a good strength-to-weight ratio. The diagonals have a diameter of 16 mm with a 2 mm wall thickness and leave enough space for installing hooks, clamps, and other accessories. With external dimensions of 290 and 257 mm, TRILOCK QTTR is a stable truss system for higher loads and extended durability. This system is primarily designed for intensive use in stage, exhibition, and event setups, as well as for permanent installations in discos and theaters. Its polished surface makes this universal system a real visual highlight. Thanks to its wide range of standard lengths, corners, circles, and accessories, this system is extremely versatile and offers endless design possibilities.
