APOGEE JAM+ is a professional AD/DA converter with iOS and USB connectivity for computers, specially designed for electric guitars and basses, acoustic instruments with pickups, dynamic microphones or synthesizers. Its ease of use and portability make APOGEE JAM+ ideal for capturing the best sound from your instruments anywhere.
The PureDIGITAL circuit provides smooth, noise-free sound. The Clean mode is the ideal setting for recording instruments accurately and cleanly.
The APOGEE JAM+ overdrive circuit enriches and warms the sound. The Drive mode adds a subtle distortion to the instrument, similar to that of amplifiers and stomp pedals, making the sound of virtual amplifiers and effects more realistic.
APOGEE JAM+ also features a 1/8” stereo headphone output and a Blend function for zero-latency monitoring. The Blend function allows you to easily control the amount of direct instrument signal and mix it with the audio from your music application to achieve the perfect balance.
The APOGEE JAM+ stereo output significantly improves audio playback quality. With a sound resolution of up to 96 kHz and ample headroom, APOGEE JAM+ ensures incredible clarity and higher volume for headphones or amplified speakers.
APOGEE JAM+ combines an analog overdrive circuit, an instrument preamplifier, and high-quality AD and DA converters in a single compact device. Apogee designed every part of Jam+ to ensure the highest possible signal quality and minimal noise. This technology is called PureDIGITAL.
