The ARTURIA DRUMBRUTE IMPACT is an analog drum machine based on the highly successful DrumBrute project from the French company, although in this case, Arturia's engineers designed a very different instrument compared to its predecessor.
With the Impact version, you have a whole new sound-set, still with entirely analog sounds complete with adjustable decay, pitch, and snap parameters. The panel has been designed to be intuitive and perfectly usable both in the studio and in live performances, with high-quality rotary knobs that guarantee reliability and maximum control. To increase harmonic content and give the sound more character, the exclusive "Color" function has been added. This exclusive feature of the DrumBrute Impact can be activated for each individual instrument, or per step, providing a new level of tonal control.
You can use the touch strip to create real-time glitches and step repeats, animate a single instrument or the entire pattern with the dedicated 'Random' knob, and add variations to the groove with the "Swing" function. Whether you want to create complex polyrhythms in sequence, straight and pounding rhythms, or record a finger-drumming performance, the Drumbrute Impact will make the experience unique and fun. With a wide range of synchronization and connectivity options, you can connect and play with practically any other instrument.
