Arturia KeyLab 88 Mk3 Black
Estimated delivery in Italy between 25 and 27 August
Fatar TP/110 keyboard, dynamic and aftertouch
The fully-weighted Fatar TP/110 hammer-action mechanism is designed to transfer a credible piano touch to virtual and hardware instruments. Velocity, release velocity, and aftertouch (channel aftertouch) sensitivity add a level of expressiveness useful for strings, pads, synths, and automations; moreover, aftertouch curves and response are adjustable to suit the user's personal style.
Color display and immediate parameter control
The 3.5" full-color display (480x320px) with 8 contextual buttons simplifies software control and preset searching, while feedback on parameters, editing, and settings are always legible for visual confirmation of all parameters. In Arturia mode, the mapping of Analog Lab Pro Macros provides immediate tonal control, while in User Mode you can build custom programs and recall them instantly.
Touch-sensitive controls, pads, and performance
9 360° encoders and 9 faders are touch-sensitive: with a simple touch, they can recall information and values on the screen, increasing precision and awareness during mixing and sound design. The 12 velocity- and pressure-sensitive pads, with 4 banks, cover finger drumming, clip launching, and extended mapping, with a logic that remains consistent between live and studio.
DAW integration, MCU/HUI, and NKS
KeyLab 88 mk3 integrates dedicated mappings for Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, and Bitwig Studio and supports MCU and HUI protocols, allowing control of mixers, plug-ins, and transport with contextual feedback. NKS compatibility further expands integration with third-party software ecosystems, maintaining a centralized workflow.
Creative functions for composition and ideation
Scale Mode keeps notes within the selected scale; Chord Play allows you to play chords and progressions with "smart" voicings; the Arpeggiator includes randomization functions useful for generative patterns. These tools are designed to quickly transform a progression into playable material, especially when working with split/layer on 88 keys.
Connections, pedals, and standalone use
The USB-C connection handles power and data to our controller; MIDI DIN In/Out connectors allow control of external instruments or use the keyboard as a MIDI/USB interface. There are inputs for sustain, expression, and aux pedals, which are configurable and calibratable. For performances without a computer, KeyLab can be powered via an optional 12V DC 1A power supply.
Included software and equipment
The included bundle is designed for immediate production and playing: Analog Lab Pro, Ableton Live Lite, and a selection of instruments/effects (Mini V, Piano V, Augmented Strings, Rev PLATE-140), as well as Native Instruments Komplete 15 Select (optional) and Loopcloud & Melodics content. The package also includes a music stand and computer support, a USB cable (C/A), a quick start guide, and a registration card.
