Arturia KeyLab Essential 88 mk3 is the new master keyboard from the French company, offering an advanced 88-key controller with a rich software bundle at an affordable price. Among products in its category, it is certainly one of the most advanced solutions, featuring a completely redesigned keybed that ensures a perfect balance between a classic weighted keyboard and synth action. Designed for those approaching the world of music production who don't want to forgo a 'piano-like' feel, the KeyLab Essential 88 mk3 provides everything needed for recording and creating music simply and immediately. The new 88-key mk3 version, which joins the two already available 49 and 61-key versions (all in dual white and black colors), boasts a rich set of performance controls, full integration with DAWs, and an excellent software bundle that also includes Analog Lab V. The KeyLab Essential 88 mk3's bundled software not only includes Analog Lab, which offers over 6500 sounds from Arturia's best emulations of legendary synthesizers, but also UVI Model D, Ableton Live Lite, and NI The Gentleman. The KeyLab Essential 88 mk3 is therefore, to all intents and purposes, a perfect 'hybrid synthesizer,' offering an ideal combination of the immediacy of a hardware synthesizer and the flexibility of a software solution. But Keylab Essential 88 mk3, like the 49 and 61 versions, naturally also functions as a universal MIDI controller compatible with any third-party software or hardware. You can configure MIDI assignments using the LCD screen (now even larger) or the included MIDI Control Center software. This new 88-key keyboard controller has been designed to achieve the best possible performance level and maximum expressiveness.
