6-voice, 61-key polyphonic analog synthesizer with sound morphing
The ARTURIA POLYBRUTE is a 6-voice, 61-key polyphonic analog synthesizer with sound morphing. Featuring two oscillators, six voices of polyphony, a Steiner-Parker filter and a 24 dB per octave Ladder filter, the ARTURIA POLYBRUTE draws inspiration from the French company's now traditional Brute line, setting a new standard for what now represents Arturia's new flagship synthesizer. Arturia's analog polyphonic synth boasts some truly important features: the "Dual State" mode, which enables fascinating new creative possibilities, the "Morphée" touchpad, which focuses on expressiveness, and morphing functionalities that allow movement from one sound to another within the same preset.
The ARTURIA POLYBRUTE also integrates top-tier digital effects, a multi-function modulation matrix, and three LFOs. Each of the more than 350 presets contains two parts that can be blended and transformed, smoothly changing every parameter simultaneously. It also features an intuitive Motion Recorder that allows you to record any changes or touches and reactivate them when desired.
From its keyboard to the ribbon controller, the ARTURIA POLYBRUTE was designed to offer synth enthusiasts the most expressive instrument possible. The "Morphée" touchpad combines a capacitive sensor and an XYZ motion sensor, allowing you to use every sound created to send different signals, each of which can be assigned to any parameter you wish.
The ARTURIA POLYBRUTE offers musicians access to a timeless polyphonic synthesis experience, evoking the same magic and creativity of iconic instruments from the past, with a host of totally modern features and musical potential. Each preset features two different states, and the transformation from one to the other brings a new dimension to the modern sound designer. This allows you to experiment, explore, transform, and perform with totally new, unique, and evocative sounds. The user interface is equipped with intuitive parameters and controls. The modulation matrix offers 32 customizable destinations for each patch.
The ARTURIA POLYBRUTE matrix can operate in several modes, offering unparalleled control and depth for creating unique sounds. First, the Preset mode allows you to select any of the 768 preset locations on the synth. Modulation mode offers the ability to scroll through four pages of modulation assignments. Simply choose the modulation slot and touch the parameter you wish to modulate: all in an extremely easy and intuitive way. The PolyBrute Editor software allows you to connect directly to your computer to control or modify parameters in real-time. Arturia makes powerful hardware synthesizers but has an equally excellent reputation for software. With this in mind, they have brought some of their most popular digital effects directly from the Pigments software synthesizer to the ARTURIA POLYBRUTE.
The unit boasts exceptional manufacturing quality thanks to long and meticulous design and construction phases. From the precise OLED screen to the Pro Feel keyboard, from the wooden inlays to the aluminum casing, the ARTURIA POLYBRUTE is an instrument destined to last a long time and quickly become a true classic.
