Leviasynth Keyboard is a new hybrid algorithmic synthesizer from ASM. Featuring 16 voices with 8 oscillators per voice, and a combination of analogue and digital filters, Leviasynth is truly a sound designer's dream synthesizer.
The 61-key Polytouch® polyphonic aftertouch keyboard, along with the 4-octave ribbon controller, provides an unsurpassed playing experience, and Leviasynth is also MPE MIDI compatible.
The multicolour touch screen and intuitive user interface make programming patches a breeze.
The oscillators can be arranged into groups known as algorithms, which define how they affect each other. 144 preset algorithms are available, and one additional algorithm can be customised per patch. Furthermore, the morph algorithm provides a virtually unlimited number of oscillator configurations. Over 300 waveforms are available for each oscillator, and 7 independent oscillator modes for maximum timbral diversity.
Oscillator configurations include Phase Modulation, Frequency Modulation, Pulse Width Modulation, HTE Sync and three types of Phase Distortion. Each of the 8 oscillators has its own volume envelope, in addition to the 5 shared envelopes and 5 LFOs, all freely assignable in the powerful 32-slot modulation matrix.
The Hydrasynth-style digital multimode filter and analogue low-pass filter, featuring both pre-drive saturation and self-oscillation, along with two insert effects and two master effects, provide almost infinite sound-shaping possibilities.
Single mode allows all 16 voices per patch to be active, while Multi mode splits the voices into two parts of 8 voices each, where layers or splits can be easily set.
The 3-track sequencer records both note and macro automation, and the arpeggiator features the new Entropy function for advanced real-time note manipulation.
The free ASM Patch Manager for Mac and PC allows for easy firmware updates and patch management. 512 Single mode patches and 256 Multi mode patches are included in the factory presets, all created by world-renowned sound designers. A total of 1024 patch locations for Single mode and 640 patch locations for Multi mode are available.
