FEATURES
Wireless microphone system including a handheld transmitter, a True Diversity receiver, and a plastic carrying case. The UHF operating frequencies, from 514 to 564 MHz, fall within an optimal range, given that the latest PNRF (National Frequency Allocation Plan) has introduced further limits on the usable band for wireless microphones.
The transmitter offers an ERP output power of 35 mW, which is on average higher than other handheld wireless microphones in the same price range, with advantages in terms of range for line-of-sight connections where the number of active wireless microphones is small and intermodulation phenomena are absent or negligible. There are as many as 997 frequencies programmed within the range! The blue backlit LCD display, located on the microphone body, indicates the group, channel, and battery level. Power is supplied by a pair of 1.5V AA batteries, providing approximately 10 hours of autonomy. The antenna is integrated into the end part.
The receiver is a sophisticated True Diversity unit, with dual removable antennas, equipped with an auto-scan function, useful for checking the airwaves and finding the optimal operating frequency in that particular area. Channel presets are organized into 8 groups, with 16 compatible channels in each group. The channel selection mode can also be synchronized with that of the transmitter (SYNQ function). Naturally, there is a display on the front panel indicating frequency, group, channel, RF, and AF. Volume and squelch adjustments are possible. The audio output is balanced/unbalanced via XLR/6.35 mm mono jack.
