After years of requests, Auratone has introduced the 5C Active Super Sound Cube: the same timeless design with a speaker made in the USA, now featuring a built-in amplifier using an enclosure with the same dimensions as the passive 5C. The mono amplifier is designed and built in Europe in collaboration with the renowned hardware manufacturer Bettermaker. A careful research and development process was conducted to maintain the original characteristics of the 5C model, using the same NAMM TEC Award-winning amplifier design as the Auratone A2-30. The 5C, which became famous in the 70s and 80s and was used in countless major recording studios worldwide, is still the undisputed standard for monitoring.
