Avolites 30 + 2 motorised faders, 70 assignable optical rotary encoders flagship lighting console shipped in a flight case
FEATURES
The Diamond D9-330 is the flagship lighting console of the Avolites range, designed to offer the ultimate control capability and the largest operating surface in the D9 series. Developed with over forty years of experience in designing control systems for professional shows, the D9-330 introduces a completely redesigned interface, advanced ergonomics, and enhanced multimedia integration for coordinated management of all visual elements of a show.
Created in collaboration with renowned lighting and industrial designers, it combines an extensive display area, next-generation controls, and a modern workflow designed for complex productions. Hand-assembled in London, it reflects Avolites' tradition of build quality and operational reliability.
This console uses touch-sensitive motorized Penny & Giles faders, high-resolution optical rotary faders, and short-travel flash buttons with positive tactile feedback for perfect timing. The colors of the Fader and Encoder level indicators can be defined to make grouping even easier and quickly recognize controls when it matters. Each fader incorporates an 11-segment RGB level indicator that follows the halo color of the playback: particularly useful on rotary faders when swapping pages. Furthermore… additional macro buttons with a dedicated screen, right in the playback section, flash buttons below the faders, perfectly aligned labeling, and page banks for each section.
For super smooth transitions, a T-bar is used, offering finer control with even smoother manual fades. Combined with the unique Scene Master functionality, it offers maximum creativity. With its contactless design, the fader remains as precise as ever, even after years of use. The Scene Master function is complemented by a double-width Commit button and four additional control buttons, as well as a dedicated LCD screen for continuous status data. With 2 motorized faders, 8 control buttons, and a Go button, theatrical cue list performance is at your fingertips.
A very important feature of this console, which makes it unique, is the presence of a Quad opticalCON 1 GB LC fiber port to connect to the Titan switch (network switch with fiber port) and thus create a completely fiber optic system. Avolites is currently the only brand that provides this type of technology for a lighting console.
Programming surface
Born from 40 years of experience in lighting control, designed with an eye on the future, the D9 programming surface features: 3 x 4.3" preview touchscreens, ideal for media, which ensure that the main screens remain clear for maximum information density, 5 attribute wheels with optical encoders and RGB LED indicators, plus a vertical level wheel, putting more parameters than ever at your fingertips, ergonomically designed controls, a T-bar, and 72 illuminated programming keys. The carefully selected Cherry MX Low Profile keys, equipped with RGB illumination, offer optimal tactile response with low fatigue for programming sessions. All are integrated with Avolites' proprietary Titan software.
The console is shipped in a flight case.
