FEATURES
Videohub 80x80 12G is the largest model in the family of 12G-SDI video matrices produced by Blackmagic Design. This zero-latency matrix simplifies the connection of all broadcast studio equipment without complicated cabling, as it allows you to connect and distribute any combination of SD, HD, and Ultra HD signals up to 2160 @ 60 simultaneously. This means monitors can see any source in the studio, making it ideal for broadcasts and live productions where racks have no space for additional hardware panels.
The 19" 2U standard rack format front panel is housed in a frame that brings the total height to 4U rack, necessary to accommodate all the numerous BNC connectors the matrix is equipped with on the back, i.e., 80 inputs and 80 12G-SDI multi-rate outputs. Videohub includes reclocking on each input to regenerate the video signal to ensure maximum quality and optimized jitter for working with longer cables without fear of signal interruptions. Furthermore, the SDI standard integrates up to 32 audio channels into the SDI video signal.
On the front, there is a full HD LCD display to show labels and live video before routing it, with the label below the video itself easily identifying the corresponding input, allowing you to scroll through the list of sources back and forth in alphabetical order and view their video even with different standards. The display also has menus (in 13 languages) so that customers can change the router settings. Next to it, there are quick selection buttons and a large knob with electronic clutch to navigate through video sources. Thanks to the ethernet port, the matrix can also be controlled remotely via Videohub Software Control with a variety of hardware devices (Mac, Windows, and iPad) or via software control panels.
This 10-bit color depth video matrix is also equipped with many other additional functions to improve workflow and update your studio.
