Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB is a high-performance network storage designed for the film and television industry, integrating Blackmagic Cloud synchronization and supporting DaVinci Resolve proxy files. Its super-fast flash core memory allows a multitude of users to operate simultaneously. Thanks to syncing with Blackmagic Cloud, Dropbox, and Google Drive, you can use Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB to share files worldwide, a very useful feature when working with large data collections or heavy digital cinema and video files. Using the internet to sync files to local storage eliminates delays and latency because each user will have access to a local copy on their own network.

Designed to handle the heavy files of films and television programs that require simultaneous work from editors, colorists, sound engineers, and VFX artists, it also excellently manages enormous Blackmagic RAW 12K files for digital cinema with zero latency, without having to save them to your computer. It is even possible to create a broadcast playback system by connecting multiple HyperDeck recorders and DaVinci Resolve 19.

Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB is 1/2 rack wide and features a single high-speed 10G Ethernet connection found only on the most expensive workstations. 10G Ethernet is 10 times faster than standard, and it can be enabled on most computers.

It integrates an array of 4 M.2 flash RAID 0 memory cards that work in parallel for increased speed. This impressive parallel core memory is the only one to offer the speed needed to allow large groups of HyperDeck recorders and dozens of editing stations to work simultaneously! Furthermore, it offers a video monitoring output with real-time storage status graphics.

Thanks to 1G and 10G Ethernet connections, Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB offers astonishing speed. The internal core memory is designed to saturate the 10G Ethernet ports at their theoretical maximum speed, even when multiple users are connected. Moreover, file access is zero latency, for sensational responsiveness.

It is also possible to install a local cache of files uploaded to Blackmagic Cloud or Dropbox and Google Drive! This speeds up work by leveraging the unlimited global file distribution thanks to the constant synchronization of Blackmagic Cloud Store. It is also ideal for backing up files from different locations!

This device offers an additional advantage: it is easily repairable by qualified IT engineers since the design is based on a single PCB anchored to the M.2 memory cards and power supply. This way, flash memory cards can be easily replaced. Additionally, Blackmagic Cloud Store uses the Blackmagic OS operating system, employing wear leveling to prevent excessive data writing to each M.2 card. In the future, when larger M.2 cards become available, simply insert them into the Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 16TB for even greater storage capacity.

Finally, one of the advantages of Blackmagic Cloud Store is total control over your private storage system; it does not require monthly subscription or license fees, and there is no tracking of data or its use. You won't even have to access a paid cloud-based web service for settings management because Blackmagic Cloud Store has its own free utility for Mac and Windows, which allows you to customize a wide range of settings, offers the ability to enter login and password of your choice for each user, and to enable file downloading via FTP or browser. It also allows you to update network settings and security certificates and set up synchronization with Blackmagic Cloud, as well as with Dropbox and Google Drive.
