The DANGEROUS D-BOX+ is an 8-channel summing mixer and a redesign of Dangerous Music's award-winning monitoring and summing mixer that has provided countless studios with the superior sound and versatile control of an analog mixer in just one rack space. The new 8-channel summing mixer and stereo DA converter deliver the bold and clear Dangerous Music sound, while newly added features such as Bluetooth connectivity and a remote control app for all major functions provide a cutting-edge feature set. Like all Dangerous Music products, the D-BOX+ is proudly made to demanding audiophile standards in the USA.
Like the central section of a large console, the DANGEROUS D-BOX+ provides elaborate routing and switching of studio inputs and outputs, both analog and digital. At the push of a button, you can choose from five input sources: analog stereo, built-in analog summing mixer, USB, AES/SPDIF, and (brand new for D-BOX+) wireless Bluetooth streaming from any Bluetooth-enabled device. Outputs include three stereo speaker ports, and these can be programmed for mono and/or to include a subwoofer. Additionally, output 3 can be used as a source for an independent sub with individual level and mute control.
With the DANGEROUS D-BOX+, you have two totally independent monitoring sections: Control Room and Headphones. At the push of a button, you can assign any of the five input sources to one of these monitoring paths, instantly creating what would otherwise be elaborate patches.
Using the new D-BOX+ Bluetooth app, on any phone, tablet, or computer, you can remotely control all major D-BOX+ functions through an extremely intuitive and robust program, offering unlimited solutions to old studio problems.
The DANGEROUS D-BOX+ features D-A converters with advanced clock stabilization, top-of-the-line chipsets, and an uncompromising analog signal path that delivers uncompromising clarity and musicality from digital sources.
