DAP's Odin Line Array series is a versatile, high-energy sound system suitable for indoor and outdoor events for up to 2500 visitors. It is a scalable and easy-to-hire solution for both stackable and hanging setups, suitable for almost any venue of any size. Odin systems feature a robust design and can deliver incredible sound quality at an incredibly low price. With DAP Odin, DJs, bands, actors and other artists can quickly and easily create deep, punchy bass, subtle instrumental details and authentic vocal emotions.

The Odin Active series includes active line array satellites (T-8A), active line array subwoofers (S-18A and S-218A) and active full-range speakers (SF-12A and SF-15A). The DSP settings of each (group of) speaker(s) in a setup can be adjusted from a laptop via a network. Up to 48 units can be connected to the CL-4 network interface. Celestion components, DSP optimisation and Class D amplifiers ensure excellent sound quality in any venue and configuration.

Several stacking and hanging solutions are available with flybars, stacking bars, pole mount adapters and stage towers. Transport and storage safety is also ensured by flight cases, transport covers and wheeled shelves. IP covers protect the speakers from heavy rain, making them a reliable and dependable companion in all circumstances.

The DAP Odin S-18A is a versatile active Line Array subwoofer suitable for both small and large spaces. For a powerful and complete sound, you can hang or stack this 1500 W (6000 W peak) Class D subwoofer together with the DAP Odin T-8(A) satellites using the DAP Odin FB-02 bar as an adapter and the DAP Odin FB-01 as a fly bar.

The S-18A features an 18” Celestion ferrite subwoofer containing a 4” voice coil with an astonishing output of up to 136 dB SPL at 1 meter. DSP settings are configurable to ensure the S-18A performs in any circumstance and configuration. Several DSP presets are also available, including “Cardioid” mode.

The assembly of a complete Odin line array set can be carried out by a single person thanks to its 4-point suspension system. Not only is the setup fast and labor-saving, but it is also an extremely modular system that allows for different configurations to suit any venue. You can use the optional M20 pole mount for a satellite setup. Or you can integrate the optional stack frame or flybar and use the hanging points for a stack or line array configuration that best suits the venue.

The free Odin Editor software, in conjunction with CL-4 Connect, allows you to freely adjust the EQ, gain and delay per speaker or group of speakers from a Windows PC/laptop. It also allows you to monitor real-time information on each speaker, such as amplifier temperature and high/low output. EASE Focus 3 software can be used to calculate the opening angle and “throw”. A plug-in has been developed to add our speakers to the database.
