L’EVENT-115A è un subwoofer attivo che utilizza un trasduttore a bassa frequenza da 15”
caricato frontalmente sviluppato da DAS.
Progettato come subwoofer complementare all’EVENT-26A, i due modelli condividono un sistema di rigging compatibile che consente configurazioni sospese o in stack.
L’altoparlante 15FW4 da 15” utilizzato nell’EVENT-115A è stato progettato da DAS per offrire prestazioni e affidabilità eccezionali.
Il design dell’altoparlante è stato ottimizzato tramite analisi degli elementi finiti (FEA) e incorpora una bobina estesa da 3” per un’elevata efficienza e una lunga escursione.
Il modello 15FW4 è dotato di ventilazione polare e diverse aperture posteriori che facilitano una ventilazione efficiente riducendo al min imo l’ingresso d’aria, garantendo cosi un’ottima resa acustica per periodi prolungati di sollecitazioni.
Per fornire la potenza necessaria, è presente un innovativo amplificatore in classe D con una potenza di picco di 1200W.
Il pannello posteriore è dotato di connettori XLR Neutrik® di alta qualità e di un’uscita loop-thru per il collegamento ai sistemi EVENT-26°.
Grazie ai presets richiamabili tramite l’interfaccia DAScontrol™ sul retro del cabinet, la configurazione di un sistema completo è estremamente semplice.
Il cabinet è realizzato in multistrato di betulla con un design robusto e rifinito cos rivestimento protettivo ISO-flex per una maggiore durata.
La meccanicca di sospensione è compatibile con l’EVENT-26A, consentendo di sospenderlo sopra le unità oppure in modalità stack.
E’ disponibile un alloggiamento per stativo nella parte superiore che permette di utilizzare un EVENT-26A in una configurazione combinata.
