Il subwoofer autoamplificato EVENT-218A è progettato per applicazioni professionali ad alte prestazioni, grazie alla configurazione con doppio altoparlante da 18” appartenente alla rinomata serie LX a lunga escursione di DAS. Il cabinet, costruito in multistrato di betulla e rifinito con verniciatura resistente ISO-flex, è progettato per utilizzo orizzontale e integra un supporto per asta sul pannello superiore, rendendolo estremamente versatile in diverse configurazioni.
L’amplificatore integrato fornisce una potenza di picco di 3600 W e include funzionalità avanzate tipiche dei sistemi di fascia alta, come la modalità cardioide tramite preset dedicato, che consente una gestione ottimizzata delle configurazioni di subwoofer accoppiati. Il sistema dispone di ingressi bilanciati doppi (A-B) e uscite stereo con filtro passa-alto a 100 Hz per il collegamento ai satelliti; disattivando il filtro, le uscite funzionano come loop thru.
Il controllo del sistema è completato da un filtro passa-basso regolabile tra 80 e 125 Hz, controllo di guadagno e inversione di polarità (0°–180°), offrendo un’elevata flessibilità operativa e una gestione precisa delle basse frequenze.
