The EVENT-26A is an ultra-compact line array system.
Designed by DAS engineers to offer extraordinary performance and exceptional ease of use.
The polypropylene cabinet makes it a highly portable system, easy to transport.
A wide range of accessories makes it ideal for rental applications and small to medium-sized installations.
The EVENT-26A integrates two 6.5” transducers and a single M-60 compression driver in a robust yet lightweight polymer cabinet.
The symmetrical “V” configuration of the woofers ensures constant horizontal coverage of 100° down to 300Hz.
The M-60 compression driver coupled with an advanced waveguide allows vertical dispersion to be controlled and precise coupling between units when used in vertical arrays.
Equipped with a Class D amplifier with a peak power of 800W, the amplifier features high-quality Neutrik® XLR and powerCON connectors on the rear panel.
The DAScontrol™ interface simplifies and speeds up preset selection for the number of units in the array.
An integrated DSP with 24-bit processing manages crossover, equalization, delay, and limiter functions.
The powerful FIR filter technology of the EVENT-26A offers a constant phase response, translating into transparent sound combined with exceptional clarity, thus enhancing the listening experience.
Thanks to the innovative FSS™ (Fast Set Splay) rigging system, developed to allow the selection of the tilt angle even when the system is stacked on a trolley, the installation of EVENT-26A arrays can be simplified.
The stainless steel rigging mechanics allow arrays of up to 16 units to be suspended with increments from 0° to 10°.
Low-frequency reinforcement for the EVENT-26A is provided by its complementary subwoofer
EVENT-115A, which can also be suspended above the EVENT-26A modules.
