The EVENT-28A is a compact, active, two-way line array system.
Designed to deliver excellent performance and ease of use, this system features a durable polypropylene cabinet.
Thanks to a wide range of accessories, the EVENT-28A is ideal for small and medium-sized applications requiring high-performance audio quality.
The system integrates two 8” neodymium transducers and a single M60 compression driver in a robust yet lightweight cabinet.
The 8” transducers with neodymium magnets ensure excellent dispersion and improved low-frequency response.
The symmetrical “V” configuration of the woofers offers a constant horizontal coverage of 100° down to 200Hz.
The M60 compression driver, coupled with an advanced waveguide design that controls vertical dispersion, ensures very precise coupling between units.
The EVENT-28A boasts a peak power of 1300W with its two-channel Class D amplifier.
The rear panel features Neutrik® XLR and powerCON connectors.
Via the DAScontrol™ interface, users can quickly select presets based on the number of units in the array.
The DSP uses a 24-bit processor to manage crossover, equalization,
delay, and limiter functions.
Thanks to FIR filter technology, the EVENT-28A maintains a constant phase response, ensuring transparent sound with excellent clarity, improving the overall listening experience.
Installation is simplified thanks to the innovative Fast Set Splay (FSS™) rigging system, which allows quick angle selection even when modules are stacked on a trolley.
The stainless steel mechanics support line arrays of up to 18 units with adjustment increments from 0° to 10°.
The EVENT28 pairs perfectly with the suspended subwoofer EVENT-118A, ensuring excellent low-frequency reinforcement.
