Il VANTEC-118A è un sistema attivo per bassi a caricamento frontale progettato specificamente per l'uso
con il line array a sorgente curva VANTEC-20A. Di dimensioni compatte, l'unità può essere sospesa in array
o collegata in stack a terra grazie al sistema di rigging compatibile con il VANTEC-20A.
Il sistema elettronico comprende un amplificatore di classe D da 2000 W di picco e un DSP di fascia alta a 24 bit per una
riproduzione audio eccezionale. Un esclusivo selettore di equalizzazione "Deep-Loud" consente agli utenti di adattare l'uscita
dei bassi in modo da fornire una risposta di tipo subwoofer bassa utilizzando l'impostazione "Deep" o una prestazione più forte
con l'impostazione "Loud". Sul pannello posteriore si trovano i controlli per il guadagno, la polarità e un filtro passa-basso
