The VANTEC-18A is an active subwoofer system designed to provide extended bass response for Vantec
full-range cabinets. An advanced Class D amplifier with 2000W peak power drives a DAS 18LX long-excursion
loudspeaker that incorporates a 4″ voice coil for high power handling and output.
The VANTEC-18A subwoofer system features two balanced inputs with stereo filtered output connections
for Vantec satellite systems. The variable crossover, ranging from 80 Hz to 125 Hz, can be deactivated
to provide stereo “loop thru” connections. Gain control and polarity inversion increase user control of
the system. A standard 35 mm pole mount socket allows the VANTEC-18A to be used with satellite systems.
