FEATURES
The Datavideo AD-300 is a professional delay unit capable of meeting, on its own, the multiple audio processing needs encountered in A/V post-production. With 5 input channels and 2 output channels, it functions as an audio delay to synchronize an audio signal with video, a mixer/matrix router, an equalizer, and a signal processor with various filtering effects on the input sources, including low-pass and high-pass filters. The audio delay is adjustable up to 3000 ms for each input channel independently to achieve precise synchronization between audio and video. The equalizer is divided into eight frequency ranges from 125 Hz to 16 kHz, each with a boost of ±10 dB to create desired effects and adjust the timbre of both voice and music.On the 2" LCD screen for menu and parameter selection, you can use the full range of audio processing functions (Effect), including the compressor/limiter up to a compression ratio of 100:1. The expander/gate allows for more distinct volume variations for both instrumental music and voice, and again the maximum selectable ratio is 100:1.
The AD-300 has integrated balanced or unbalanced audio conversion to ensure the output matches the desired format and also features a toggle button to switch from microphone input (also with +48 V Phantom power) to line input on three inputs. Additional features include 2 unbalanced RCA inputs (CH1 and CH2) and 3 balanced combo inputs (CH3, CH4, and CH5), one of which is on the front panel, 2 unbalanced or balanced RCA outputs, and a front-panel headphone jack with volume control.
Suitable for stand-alone use or rack mounting (1/2 standard 19" width).
