The ELEKTRON MODEL:CYCLES is a 6-track groovebox based on FM synthesis that brings sound exploration to the heart of sound design. With 6 unique synth machines housed in a lightweight, compact unit, you can easily shape rhythm and melody across the digital spectrum using instant tactile controls. Based on a digital FM engine, the six Model:Cycles synth machines are unique in their kind and are capable of creating both percussive and melodic sounds, allowing for complete and complex compositions. The four main control parameters of each synth allow you to sculpt the sound instantly, altering the timbre of each synth machine in ever-different ways. Dedicated knobs allow you to twist the sound of each synth machine with wild and unexpected results just waiting to be discovered. The Control All function allows you to dramatically change every sound. And to return to the previous state, just press Reload.
