The EVENTIDE H9 MAX is a multi-effects pedal packed with Eventide's iconic reverb, chorus, delay, modulation, pitch shift, and distortion effects. With the EVENTIDE H9 MAX, you can evoke the soundscapes of legendary albums and open the doors to creating new, unheard sounds.
The award-winning design of the EVENTIDE H9 MAX features a simple, one-knob user interface that allows for easy effect editing and preset selection. Two integrated footswitches let you change presets, tap tempo, and bypass with your feet during live performances.
The EVENTIDE H9 MAX offers studio-quality sound, stereo I/O, and full MIDI compatibility. With the free H9 Control app, you can purchase algorithms, create setlists, edit, and manage presets wirelessly via Bluetooth or USB. The app is available for iOS, Android, Mac, and PC.
The EVENTIDE H9 MAX can run all the effect algorithms from the TimeFactor (delay), ModFactor (modulation), PitchFactor (pitch shifting), and Space (reverb) pedals, plus some created just for H9.
There are 52 effect algorithms and over 500 presets available for H9, including reverbs, delays, pitch shifting, chorus, distortion, and everything in between.

- Harmadillo is a harmonic tremolo offering a wide variety of LFO shapes, from traditional sine, triangle, and pulse shapes to newer ones like ramp, lump, rump, and a continuously variable decaying slope.
- HotSawz is a pitch-tracking monophonic synth engine featuring six stackable sawtooth oscillators, three modulation sources, and four assignable destinations.
- CrushStation is a multi-band distortion algorithm that sculpts the audio signal into high and low-frequency bands and then allows different gain and filter levels for each.
- PitchFuzz is a multi-effect algorithm combining fuzz, three pitch shifters, and two delays for an astonishing range of tonal shapes. It's the equivalent of 3 high-quality effect pedals in one.
- SpaceTime is a multi-effect algorithm combining modulation, two delays, and reverb into one easy-to-use effect. Unique to SpaceTime is the ability to route the delays and reverb in series or parallel after the modulation.
