The EVENTIDE REVERB 2016 is a rack-mount reverb unit that recreates the legendary reverb algorithms of Eventide's SP2016, where every aspect of the original effects has been duplicated, including every detail of the user parameters.
The EVENTIDE REVERB 2016 is exclusively a reverb, not a multi-effect. It was designed based on the concept that reverb is used almost constantly and guarantees a dedicated unit with an optimal user interface.
Recreating the original reverbs is the bread and butter of the EVENTIDE REVERB 2016, and it also features new and improved versions. These new algorithms have the same basic structure as the originals but with more complex early reflections, higher density, and more precise parameter control. They represent the natural evolution of the development work that maximized the processing power of the SP2016's arrays.
