The VENTIS 115MA is an active bi-amplified monitor made with a birch plywood cabinet, scratch-resistant enclosure, and internal bracing. The 90° constant directivity of this coaxial monitor with 15″ LF / 1″ HF delivers up to 127/133 dB SPL in the listening area. Frequency response from 50Hz to 20kHz. Power for the active VENTIS models: 700W/200W RMS LF/HF switching amplifier module in Class D topology designed in Italy. Equipped with custom B&C transducers. Includes two wooden handles for easy transport. Features a 1.38″ pole-mount socket. The flexibility of this monitor makes it suitable for both fixed installation and on-stage use as FOH, thanks to the 1.38″ pole-mount socket and inserts for the optional U-bracket.
The DSP is located on the rear of each cabinet; a menu-driven system is navigable via a single rotary control with push-to-select functionality. Users can choose from a total of 6 pre-optimized settings: Original, Hi-cut/Drumfill, Lo-cut/Twin, Touring, Vocal, and FOH. In addition, 2 more slots are available for creating custom designs, using 5 parametric equalizers per slot. A high-pass filter, a mic/line selector, a low, mid, and high equalizer, and a delay line between 0 and 10 meters are also available. Users can also choose between three limiter modes: MIN, NORMAL, or MAX.
The VENTIS series offers a wide range of birch plywood loudspeakers, suitable for both fixed installation and on-stage use. The series includes five point sources and two monitors, available in passive or active bi-amplified versions.
