The VENTIS 206A is a bi-amplified point source speaker constructed with a birch plywood cabinet, scratch-resistant enclosure, and internal bracing. The horns are rotatable for optimal horizontal or vertical sound dispersion. The 70° H x 50° V coverage of this 2 x 6.5″ LF / 1″ HF point source speaker provides up to 124/131 dB SPL in the listening area. Frequency response from 70Hz to 20kHz. B&C compression driver and custom FBT long-excursion woofers. Power for active VENTIS models: 700W/200W RMS LF/HF switching amplifier module in Class D and Class H/AB topology, designed in Italy. Flexible mounting hardware and various accessories to facilitate installation. Equipped with a 1.38″ pole mount socket. 45° angled profile for discreet stage monitoring.
The rear handle makes the VENTIS 206A easy to transport and ensures safe handling during installation. For even greater flexibility, an optional mounting bracket is available, allowing versatile positioning in fixed configurations. The VENTIS 206A can be used in a variety of applications: as front fill or under-balcony fill, as a main speaker offering exceptional speech intelligibility, or as a full-range companion when paired with a subwoofer, to deliver powerful and well-balanced sound across the entire spectrum.
The integrated DSP is designed for easy and intuitive control via a single knob with push-to-select functionality, allowing users to quickly access all main settings. 6 preloaded presets are available, each suitable for specific applications: Original/Live, Warm, Loudness, Touring, Vocal, and DJ. For advanced customization, two additional slots allow for the creation and storage of custom configurations, each utilizing up to five parametric equalizers. The DSP also includes a complete set of adjustment tools, such as the high-pass filter, mic/line selector, a three-band EQ (low, mid, high), and an adjustable delay line between 0 and 10 meters for precise time alignment. Users can also choose from three limiter modes: MIN, NORMAL, MAX.
