The FOCAL SHAPE 40 is the most compact studio monitor in the Focal Professional line and the perfect solution for nearfield monitoring. These monitors can be used at a distance of 60 cm and have a surprisingly extended low-end frequency response.
FOCAL SHAPE 40 are all made in France and integrate five innovations to maximize acoustic transparency. Designed to meet nearfield monitoring needs, Shape monitors combine ingenious design and numerous settings optimized for the acoustics of small listening rooms.
These innovations provide remarkable acoustic transparency. These new work tools are distinguished by their wide and extremely precise stereo imaging. The bass register is articulate and controlled. The lower-midrange and midrange benefit from extreme neutrality and no masking effect, making equalization of these essential registers much simpler. Finally, the new tweeter is what is behind the very high definition. It effectively reveals any sibilance and is also very precise in the high end.
