The FOCUSRITE ISA ADN2 is an optional expansion card for the ISA ONE preamplifier, adding high-quality analog-to-digital conversion, up to 24-bit/192kHz, in Dante, AES3, ADAT, and S/PDIF formats.
The FOCUSRITE ISA ADN2 offers Primary and Secondary RJ45 connections for integration into audio systems using DANTE connectivity, an XLR connector for AES3 output, a TOSLINK jack for ADAT output, and an RCA connector for the coaxial S/PDIF standard. Two BNC connectors are dedicated to Word Clock input and output, respectively, for synchronization when inserted into chains of digital audio peripherals. Synchronization to the DANTE network or to other external DANTE network instruments is also supported. The Dante outputs on the FOCUSRITE ISA ADN2 allow network connection to all Focusrite RedNet series devices and Red interfaces, or any other commercially available Dante-equipped audio instrument. Metering and settings can be modified in the RedNet Control software, while routing configuration can be easily managed in the Dante Controller software.
The FOCUSRITE ISA ADN2 is supplied (via download, after registration on the manufacturer's website) with the Brainworx bx_console Focusrite plug-in, the virtual channel strip that emulates the historic and coveted Focusrite ISA 110 (equalizer) and ISA 130 (dynamics processor) modules.
