The Fujinon UA70X8.7BESM-T45 is a 4K Premier Box Lens designed for high-end broadcast productions. It provides exceptional image sharpness by improving the MTF (Modulation Transfer Function) even for low-frequency objects, which are usually common in images. It features an integrated image stabiliser.
It offers a 70x zoom, with a focal length ranging from 8.7 to 610 mm (which becomes 1220 mm with the 2x extender). Thanks to the floating focus system, it maintains high resolution across the entire zoom range, ensuring sharp and detailed images.
The combination of fluorite ED (extra-low dispersion) and Super ED elements minimises chromatic aberration and provides clear, sharp images. To make the most of the extended dynamic range offered by HDR cameras, reflections have been rigorously eliminated thanks to the special surface treatment of the lenses, and it faithfully transmits the "blacks" that are important in rendering video images.
