In addition, the electronic ballast reduces the weight of the device and facilitates flicker-free projection, which ultimately bothers TV studios, for example. A motorized zoom and a mechanical dimmer are part of the extensive equipment, as is a color wheel with 5 different colors, dichroic filters (and black) and an additional UV filter or correction filters. The built-in beam-shaping effect is a kind of special treat, as the wide and flat beam can be continuously rotated by 360°. Thus, there is the possibility to rotate either or define a starting position.
