Il Gainlab Audio Lieutenant è molto più di un monitor controller: è una stazione di comando che gestisce sorgenti, monitor, comunicazione e alimentazione dello studio da un'unica interfaccia.
Gestione di sorgenti e monitor
Fino a quattro sorgenti — due ingressi analogici stereo bilanciati, un ingresso S/PDIF/TOSLINK e Bluetooth — possono essere indirizzate a tre sistemi di ascolto. Il volume con attenuatore a relè garantisce precisione, ripetibilità e trasparenza; la calibrazione compensa le differenze di livello tra diffusori per confronti accurati. Pad, Mute e la funzione Focus completano gli strumenti per l'ascolto critico.
Talkback e Cue Loop
Talkback professionale e Cue Loop indipendente con uscita cuffie dedicata facilitano la comunicazione tra regia e sala; è presente anche una seconda uscita cuffie master per l'ingegnere del suono.
Sequenziatore di alimentazione integrato
Il Lieutenant gestisce accensione e spegnimento delle apparecchiature su tre zone indipendenti (ad esempio computer e interfaccia, rack outboard, monitor), evitando picchi elettrici e spegnendo prima i monitor e poi il resto della catena.
