In designing the 1024, David Blackmer aimed to significantly surpass the distortion limits found in electronics. He dedicated years to perfecting this preamplifier, achieving an excellent result. The frequency response is linear and much broader than many professionals could desire! We can confidently state that the 1024 is quieter than many cables, and its distortion is hardly measurable even by measurement systems!
